Travelled with my husband, spent 5 nights here and had a nice stay. I had twin room with a safe, central heating, and a TV set. The hotels' team was very welcoming and amazingly kind...
The staff we met were not very helpful.

This place is fantastic with a good amount of space and the added bonus of an open-air bath, and it's great to have an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe included.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. It is just a short walk from both the train station and the bus stop, making it extremely convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is top-notch. The rooms, while lacking a private shower, are comfortable and well-maintained. I especially loved the traditional Japanese breakfast served in the restaurant - it was delicious and a delightful way to start the day. this hotel provides excellent value for money and I highly recommend it.
All was excellent, nothing to fault with this hotel.

This place is an incredible find for budget travellers. the location is fantastic, with easy access to the bus stop and the lake. the rooms are simple but well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite. the breakfast is exceptional, as mentioned by other guests, and the communal onsen is a welcome addition after a day of sightseeing. the view from the rooftop onsen is beautiful, especially during the colder months.
The ryokan lacks a few modern amenities, such as in-room showers, which may not be suitable for some guests.
